About the Role

Manage and optimize the executive's calendar, adapting to the fast-paced nature of a start-up.
Liaise with team members to facilitate effective scheduling and coordination.
Assist with fundamental bookkeeping duties, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
Collaborate with the finance team to maintain financial records in a start-up setting.
Run payroll processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with start-up regulations.
Work closely with the finance team to implement and improve payroll procedures.
Plan and execute travel arrangements, embracing the start-up spirit of flexibility.
Create streamlined travel itineraries that align with the executive's dynamic schedule.
Grant Writing Support:
Collaborate with the executive and cross-functional teams to gather information for grant proposals.
Assist in the preparation and submission of grant applications, demonstrating a start-up mindset.
Manage communication channels, prioritize correspondence, and respond with agility.
Draft and review written materials, reflecting the innovative ethos of the start-up culture.
